Shua may ask about sleep, stress, digestion, cycle, energy, and other patterns.

3. Personalized treatment

Treatment is selected around your presentation that day and may include supportive therapies.

4. Aftercare and next steps

You leave with practical notes and a sense of whether a follow-up rhythm makes sense.

What does acupuncture feel like?
