Fine needles rebalance your system and support natural healing.

The energy in our body called “Qi” flows along the specific pathway called meridians. By inserting the needles into the acupuncture point, it enhances the flow of the “Qi” and blood in the body and help to resolve pain, improve sleep, digestive function and state of well-being. Also, it promotes the natural self-healing process and improves the body functions. Modern research has shown acupuncture’s effectiveness on the nervous system, endocrine/ immune systems, cardiovascular system, and digestive system.

Herbal Medicine

Custom formulas using high-quality herbs to treat the root cause.

Herbs are customized and individualized according to each patient by a national board-certified herbalist. The herbs are from different leaves, roots, stems, flowers, and seeds of plants. We offer herbs combined into a formula that is dispensed in the form of a decoction, capsule, granule, or powder.

Moxibustion

Warm moxa therapy supports circulation and cold patterns.

Moxa is made out of the herbs called “Artemisia Vulgarus,” (mugworth). The herb is gathered at the height of summer (the last 2 weeks of July) and prepared. Therefore, the herb has a strong Yang energy. Moxa is often used to tonify Qi and Yang. It also tonifies and moves Blood by promoting the creation of more Qi and Blood. Therefore, Moxa is very useful for pain management, gynecological issues, and chronic deficiency conditions.

Cupping

Gentle suction supports circulation and muscle recovery.

Cupping helps to increase blood circulation and relieves muscle tension, or pain. It is also known to improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

Facial acupuncture encourages tone, circulation, and a rested glow.

Increases circulation and boosts elastin to firm and tone skin/ relaxes the facial muscles and boosts collagen to reduce wrinkles/ promotes detoxification to leave you with clearer & more even complexion.
